Booking was confirmed, but hotel was going under renovation so there was no rooms available had to spend 1000rs to find n travel to another hotel

The hotel is absolutely in no condition to call itself a serviceable hotel. The reception desk is empty all the time, room service is non-existent, staff (when you can spot them at rare occasions) is uninterested in assisting in any way. This hotel exists in pictures and in location, but in reality, it is as good as non-existent.

The room is average, bathroom is unclean. The bathroom sinkholes have hair in them, no toiletries were offered, basin is leaky and the geyser socket is out of the wall! There is no functional wifi, lift is not working, linens provided is torn and burnt in places. The electrical points are mostly out of their sockets in the wall and hence have been taped to the wall, which is dangerous. Also, please do not opt for any meals during your stay or pay extra for meals during checkout, if you still decide to book this place for some godforsaken reason. The helpdesk will tell you that regardless of the deal, they will not serve you food.

About Oyo .... Falls promises...i paid for breakfast but hotel is staying..we. Don't provide breakfast....never. ...Lift was out of service since last three years... No hot water..Pls return my breakfast money as Oyo has charged extra.... Urgent

Ambience is nice, especially in the night.

All infra is in place, a little more care for cleanliness and staff attentiveness is required.

Tubelight was not working I was in dark, TV was not having connection, there was no charging point as it was damaged, lift were not working, no hot water in shower, electricity gone in the middle of night for 4 hours.. Pathetic hotel

This is worst hotel... No cleanliness.... U can find bathroom full of hair strands... Old used towel they provided... They give medimix soap as toiletries.... And also booking.com says that breakfast is free but they said they don't cook breakfast over there... I took it to around 1300+ a day and it is not worth it even 600 a day

It was sort of fraudulent, breakfast was included while booking which was denied to us. Check in check out timings which was shown here on the app were different where in the actual hotel the timings were diiferent which messed up our time management. No hygiene, there were hairs in the bathroom, dirt on the floor, candle wax on the walls. The room was mentioned as deluxe triple room, however it was small enough for just 1 person.Very disappointed, Waste of money...Fraudulent website

There's no geyser so no hot shower in this chilling weather. While booking it was showing that breakfast is included, but this hotel don't have kitchen only. I had ordered lunch yesterday and the food was pathetic. While booking yesterday I was supposed to pay only Rs. 1278 but at the property the charge to me Rs. 1449.The property is not up to the standard and no value for money
